  17. The same folks, who may have achieved amazing success in other parts of their lives, can behave unwisely on a non-profit board. Why?
  18. Board members talk about their fiduciary responsibilities. They are trustees. Are they acting for themselves, or for those they represent?

  20. @Accendor Agreed! Also, large firms can afford to respond to RFPs. The best consultants are busy and simply won't bother. You apply to them!
