  10. Finding out some people oppose free speech and are quick to attack those who don't agree with actions designed to foster vain hope.
  11. News report says people are shopping but not buying. Items removed from cart at checkout in stores and on-line on rise. Happens in RE too.
  12. Price must be supported by two recent sales of same kind of house in the same neighborhood or very very nearby. If not--appraisal issue.
  13. August, Sept. October are serious months for real estate buyers and sellers. People are focused on results. Distractions are few.

  15. Lessons of the Great Depression are being learned by new found believers. Expect a long term change in behavior toward caution.
  16. Staying within myself. Business temptations will not pull me away from what I know I do well.
  17. Seeing that new lending rules are disrupting the flow of real estate transactions. New hurdles add uncertainty & will crimp sales.
  18. Home sales today: Put it together. Someone takes it apart. Piece it back together... and maybe it lasts to closing. No certainty.
  19. Ready, willing, and able have never been so hard to find at one time in two persons as today in real estate.
  20. What's generally missing today is the competion or perception of. Until there is competition there is no compelling need to make a decision.
