@ I add it to salad dressings, smoothies, etc. It can have a bitter taste, but I don't notice if when i blend it w/ other foods

Sesame seeds are one of the richest sources of calcium. Adding tahini to dressings, salads, etc. is a great way to boost calcium intake.
