  1. Re-configuring an Avaya IPO. Its not picked up the correct time from the Windows time service, so its 1hour behind.
  2. Editing dns zone templates on our server.
  3. Monday morning random switch outage - solved.
  4. Today I managed to KO a domain's name servers due to a faulty management interface. Not impressed!
  5. We are experiencing whatn looks like serious routing issues today. Could be another deep sea cable fault?http://tinyurl.com/tmeye
  6. I'm going for a meeting this morning. Then I must write that agenda for wednesday! Dell orders seem to be coming in quickly now.

  8. Been mostly cooking support tickets today! Had no major issues recently. Think I'll start on some internal work!

  15. Sorted out permalinks problem. It was mod_security blocking it as it looked like SQL injection. I should blog about this.
  16. Permalinks issue with new version of wordpress seriously annoying.

  18. Now assisting Chris with an ISA firewall problem! Dull day. Think I'll go through the accounts.
