I really want a sleep aid that helps me sleep well, stay asleep and wake up refreshed and alert. Yeah...right.

Getting up at 6 sucks. Getting up at 6 when it's so cloudy it's still dark outside REALLY sucks.
Sitting by the pool recovering from the soccer game. It's too hot for soccer.
It sucks when you have to choose between being groggy because you didn't sleep or being groggy because of a sleeping pill.
Lucid dreaming is incredibly overrated if your goal is to actually have a good night's sleep.
I am seriously considering changing careers and becoming a contract killer. At $5k a pop, I could work far fewer hours than I do now.

The concept behind the siesta seems to be a good one.
I think the long days will be easier once I am actually busy in my own office. Reading and studying is draining.
12 hour days are wearing me out.
