  1. When dining out don’t be afraid to special-order your meals. Ask for condiments on the side,steamed vegetables without added butter, etc.

  13. When u tell your kids they cant have something what is the 1st thing they want? Same as adults on a diet. Everything fits - in moderation
  14. Tip for extra exercise: Walk around the perimeter of the grocery store at least once BEFORE you head for the items you need.
  15. Move during your favorite TV show this week....skip, dance, run in place - anything that gets your heart rate up!
  16. Pick up a pen after every meal. Write down how much you've eaten and you're more likely to practice portion control.

  19. @RBBermanRD I thought Arizona was suppose to be warm (that is where I flew to) but it was low 40 high 60!!! BURRRR...... :-)
