@ you need to be confident with numbers, listen and speak clearly, determination and multi - task but the RAF looks at u too

@ the quals r a minimum but the RAF look at u as a whole and what makes u tick both in school and out of school.

@ I entered service as ATC on different scheme our entry quals were different. The new scheme is loads better.
