  1. As a workaround: connect directly to the service using the 'Choose a different set of databases' link on Library home page.
  2. QUT Library Quick Article Search is currently unavailable.
  3. EBES submission on TRS issue now resolved.
  4. Staff will be unable to make changes in EBES as submission on TRS not working.

  7. Email@connect provisioning issue resolved.
  8. Email@connect provisioning issues: Students will see the 'your account is currently being created'. login via http://www.outlook.com/
  9. The issues with estore have now been successfully resolved.
  10. Currently, the estore server is experiencing technical issues and some staff may experience difficulties accessing network drives.
  11. Network issues at Margaret street have now been resolved.
  12. Currently Staff at Margaret street may not be able to access the QUT network or internet.
  13. QUT Virtual display issue has now been resolved.
  14. QUT Virtual is currently experiencing intermittent issues which are causing display errors. Technical support are investigating this issue.
  15. New version of Sophos for Students released for Windows and Mac. Mac version is Snow Leopard compatible. See: http://tinyurl.com/ycevecu
  16. Student Labs new Green log on! If screen is black click the mouse or press the space bar to log-in. Workstation can be left alone for 45mins
  17. Staff/Students: LAW Sharepoint has now been restored
  18. QUT LAW Sharepoint site is currently unavailable.
  19. Library Millennium Program Registration prevent clients registering sessions, creation of session and the display of programs.
  20. Intermittent issue when login to email@connect reporting 'You do not have a QUT mail service' - please notify the IT Helpdesk of time/date.
