  1. Heading home. What a week, and what a weekend. We'll be back. 2011 New Hampshire, anyone?
  2. We got an award! The Grassroots Motorsports "Most From The Least" Award! Holy crap!
  3. Checkered flag!
  4. Problem seems to have been fixed. Ian out for five consecutive laps!
  5. Thought it may be the water pump. Took it apart, which helped us narrow down the problem to not the water pump.
  6. Half a dozen laps, in again. Will probably sit until 5 before the finish to take the flag.
  7. Ian on track with new coolant in. Fingers crossed.
  8. Engine so hot it's burping out all new coolant. Letting it cool for half an hour then trying again.
  9. Half a dozen good laps, back into limp-home mode and back in the pits.
  10. Ian on track, 49th overall, 10th in class, 96 down.
  11. Gutting the thermostat in an effort to fix what has been deemed an overheating problem. But a P-51 just flew over, so at least there's that.
  12. Burped the cooling system, sent it out, similar problems. Back in.
  13. Ran fine for a lap, then wouldn't go above 2000 RPM or 35 mph. Attempting to fix.
  14. Back on track. Ian in 44th, 8th in class, 60 laps down in class.
  15. Furiously fixing.
  16. Surprise! Another leak!
  17. Sacrificing front strut bar to bypass hoses.
  18. Heater core busted. May be able to splice hoses and bypass.
  19. Just as John comes in, hit by another car off the track. Damaged cooling system, busted radiator hose. Fixing.
  20. John coming in with an 11 lap class lead, 16th overall. Bob into the car for his first stint of the weekend.
