  1. Nothing like a Christmas rain storm!
  2. @dj_sashimi Not gonna be in Tokyo, but I do have Shonen Knife's new album on order, so that's like the next best thing!
  3. Incidentally, I feel like I've spent more time in Flint (or at least driving there and back) than anywhere else this month.
  4. Seen on a minivan traveling to Flint today: "Ted Nugent For President."
  5. @Chief_Oddball Tell me about it. But he's doing okay, though! Sore and tired, but otherwise okay.
  6. @jfoster3 @Chief_Oddball I didn't get home until just after 4. Fun day!
  7. @jfoster3 @Chief_Oddball They didn't call his name until 8:30, the surgery itself didn't start until 11, and didn't finish until after 1:30.
  8. @jfoster3 @Chief_Oddball Yep, 7 hours! My father had surgery on his arm. They told him to be there at 7 AM.
  9. Nothing like rotting in a doctor's waiting room for seven hours!
  10. @Chief_Oddball I'll give you a hint, though...it has to do with KOR.
  11. @Chief_Oddball I also discovered some amusing trivia of my own, but it'll have to wait until I post it to Oddball Update. ^___^
  12. @Chief_Oddball I knew he worked on Smallville. Ernest Saves Christmas, though, I did not know about.
  13. @Chief_Oddball Cool That's what I thought. Thanks!
  14. @Chief_Oddball I seem to recall it was, due to the way the certificate is listed with the mail server and all that. But I'm not 100% certain
  15. @Chief_Oddball I just installed Thunderbird 3; I forgot, was it normal to get the security certificate warning when trying to send mail?
  16. @Chief_Oddball Ironically enough, I just downloaded the Thunderbird installer...with IE. Thanks, Mozilla!
  17. @Chief_Oddball I'm sorry; the Firefox download manager keeps saying the download is "canceled", even though I don't do a thing.
  18. @Chief_Oddball Nope. If I choose to save the file, it's an empty 0KB file, and the Firefox downloader says the file download ended in error.
  19. @Chief_Oddball From reading the release notes, though, I don't like the "let Thunderbird do everything for you!" stuff.
  20. @Chief_Oddball Firefox only gives me the option to save the file or cancel out. And since the file is empty...well, no Thunderbird 3.0 now.
