  1. @JesseWatkins No prob, I'm actually getting ready to go to mostly monophasic for some summer busyness. It'll only be a temporary break.
  2. New at APL: Taking a Break: Ah summer, the time of the year everything goes berserk. I am transitioni.. http://u.mavrev.com/im8d
  3. @Ztbrown About the Ubersleep book: http://bit.ly/oE7eU
  4. @trippwaller No problem, keep me posted with how things go/when you start, etc.
  5. Cool, you could move all times forward an hour to keep it even if you wanted too.
  6. Ok, same, adjust accordingly, but I nap at 11, 4, 9ish, core at 2-5. Not perfectly equal, but mostly. Would that work for you?
  7. @trippwaller Do you have any way to pull a nap at lunch, right after work, one in late-ish evening and a core spaced somewhere at night?
  8. @trippwaller That could work, I would see about moving that core back to midnight or even 11 and the 7:30 a bit earlier if possible.
  9. @trippwaller Yes and no, it can be more difficult to not be on an even schedule, but yet its doable. How unevenly are you talking about?
  10. @AlbertvZyl If you keep it in the 90 minute concept, 4.5 hours and 2 naps is a lightweight version of the everyman schedule you could try.
  11. @AlbertvZyl Normally you learn to get the most out of napping via sleep deprivation in the adaptation phase-Too much at night undermines you
  12. @AlbertvZyl It depends on a lot, I can't say for sure, but you need to build nap discipline to get the most out of them.
  13. @trippwaller Good way to go, let me know if you have any questions about it.
  14. @AlbertvZyl You may get some naps in, but nothing too big, you'll have to ramp down on your nighttime sleep, not the easiest way to do it.
  15. @JesseWatkins I'm out here, blog.aximilation.com for info, or @me if you have any questions.
  16. @Overshee I have summarized some of the contradictory remarks about polyphasic sleep in one of my popular articles: http://is.gd/1icvE
  17. @koolesguy I wouldn't suggest any adaptation during much physical labor unless you are really used to it. The 2 nap is harder to adapt to...
  18. @koolesguy Thanks, I like to see polyphasic sleep portrayed in a fair manner. Show the facts as they are observed, admit the weaknesses.
