  15. Boys club cont: all 12-15 reps moving weights as fast as possible under control. Ended with 2 rounds of 7x 30 sec mix of plyos and sprints.

  17. Day 3 finished: We were all a bit fried but managed a 3.5 hr MTB ride to end our 3 day excursion. Fun hope we do it again.
  18. Day 2 of super weekend done: 3 hr on bike, 10 mile trail run to top of San Ysidro trail. Got caught in the dark on way down quite funny!!
  19. Finished first day of three of exercise binge weekend with friends/clients. 5 hr ride most of it climbing a little lunch then gym circuit.
  20. Boys club circuit cont: 100 speed squats, 20 box jumps, 25 burpees, 500 m row(.25 elip., .25 run) different cardio each circuit.
