  1. Whiskey Soda Lounge opening last night was amazing. Wings, Cuttlefish, and Singha beer making the world go 'round.
  2. Laksa Nonya with extra sambal will kill your football headache.
  3. New drinks on the board. Hibiscus rum, shiso leaf syrup and Peychauds bitters. Yum!
  4. new house made drinking vinegars: fig, honey, blackberry and tamarind. singapore chile crab and tea smoked duck breast on specials board!
  5. Cooler weather brings a hot sake machine from Japan, broiled fish with green mango from Thailand, and Uighur lamb skewers from China.
  6. from northern thailand: sawaat dii khrap. been eating jin loong, khao feum, and other tai yai dishes in mae hong son. turmeric! pork! oh-hoo
  7. pok pok shack open now for division/clinton street fair, puttin' it out like days of old: OG menu, no booze/table service. regular pm hours
  8. house made cherry bourbon tastes great in a "cherry" coke or old fashioned! especially when washing down deep fried pork ears.
  9. Sai Khrok Isaan: House-cured sour pork and sticky rice sausages served with chilies, ginger and cabbage. Great with a Beer Lao, iykwim.
