  1. More goings on down at the Red Hand: http://tinyurl.com/y8axjqs
  2. @BrewDogJames I have to take a very long run up! Prepping writing week away for ages. In Wales and limiting myself to 1 hour internet a day!
  3. @BeerReviewsAndy Indeed! Power of twitter. Saw someone mention it, ordered a case form iphone in car, 20 mins later it had all gone!
  4. Baking bread. Written first 3000 words of new book. Delivery of Thornbridge Halcyon just arrived. Tell you what, I've had worse days.
  5. Further to my blog post, please welcome the National Brewery Centre @nationalbrewery to Twitter and check em out: http://tinyurl.com/yj7o84d
  6. @kristym809 Especially when they're hungover from drinking too much industrial lager! ;-)
  7. Great news from Burton http://tinyurl.com/yfunzab #beer
  8. @danfgough Refreshment yes. Flavour... have to get back to you on that one
  9. @Rudgie73 Neither was entirely unpleasant! Looking forward to more rugby, if not more Carling
  10. @insidebeer Poetic justice - Michael Chopra doing his old club a nice little favour there!
  11. @Ianofbarnes I'm getting vertigo up here!
  12. Really, really, really wishing I hadn't transferred Jermaine Defoe out of my struggling fantasy league side just before this weekend's games
  13. @reluctantscoop not sure whether to feel jealous of or sorry for you!
  14. Barnsley up to the dizzy heights of 15th in the Championship. We haven't done this well in years!
  15. @insidebeer cracking game! We went to zero degrees afterwards. Pale ale had diacetyl but black lager was 'lush'. And we're on the train!
  16. @kristym809 choice is Carling or Brains Smooth. Carling may not taste of much but it doesn't taste of cardboard. Clean & refrehing'll do!
  17. @sausagekinguk I'd be glad to!
  18. @markhadfield @sausagefans perfect beer depends on the sausage, but for a herby pork one a pale ale such as TT Landlord or Little Creatures
  19. At Millennium Stadium watching Wales v Argentina. Cracking. Lots occurin'. Don't tell @kristym809 but I'm drinking Carling.
  20. I stand corrected on saxgate. But I still maintain there are parts of the 1980s when the instrument should have been banned.
