  5. Humpback whales were feasting on the bait schools, giving the fleet some great whale watching. http://peregrinelodge.com/blog/?p=217
  6. Trip #21 August 19 – 23 Chinook were caught on the traditional points , while the halibut and ling cod were caught inshore with the feed.
  7. Trip #20 August 16 – 19 There was good coho fishing. Chinook were a little more elusive but some nice ones were taken.
  8. Trip #19 August 12 – 16 Good sea conditions. The largest B.C. Chinook salmon for this trip goes to David Howe weighing in at 49Lbs.

  10. Trip #16 August 02 – 05 Our guests enjoyed great chinook fishing also with 9 tyee’s and 3 of them over 40lb.
  11. Trip #17 August 05 – 09 With the Chinook fishing being hot so were the tyees 14 over 30lbs and 4 over 40lbs and 1 at 58lbs released
  12. Big fish defined trip 12: 5 tyee’s, 3 released: 52lb, 51lb and 47lb and a nice 47lb and 46lb halibut. http://peregrinelodge.com/blog/?p=142

  14. Coho continue to be there in record numbers. Congratulations to Robert Cristiano who had the largest coho weighing in at a nice 14lbs.
  15. Summer appears to have arrived at Peregrine lots of sunshine and it seems the Chinook’s are back in strong numbers.
