  1. @clairey_ross In theory linksphere SN RSS feeds can be read into front-end site. Have forgotten what tags I told Hugo I would be using tho!
  2. Right, following commando style raid by Godson, I have lost track of what I was doing...
  3. RT @MarkPower Ah..I DID get a photo of @PatParslow at cetis09! :) http://img.ly/f0G
  4. @MarkPower Oh, that's OK, you got my good side :-)
  5. Multiple language translation script as demo's on http://mobi-blog.eu open source by Patrick Hathway (colleague) http://ur1.ca/gzuh
  6. Uh oh @markpower - haven't seen pic yet cos page unresponsive, but ... uh oh! :-)
  7. @vecna Oh No! A certificate? Did you get sweeties, a tick and a gold star too?
  8. Right, need to go buy painkillers. Then back to mangling data from Twitter...
  9. @andypowe11 But do you trust the apps that want your username and password more than those that want to use OAuth??
  10. @vecna Glad to have it over and done with? I had lecturers saying things like "no need to ask what you want to do as a career" after mine
  11. Any way in @HootSuite of connecting to a status-net server as well as Twitter?
  12. Why does @hootsuite want my Twitter credentials? Makes no sense - it doesn't want facebook or linkedin ones...
  13. @nicktelford @bennuk I really "like" using it both ways, although "like" may be too strong a word.
  14. @nicktelford @bennuk Putting words in "" surely either means referring to the word itself (rather than the meaning of the word) or sarcasm?
  15. @nicktelford @bennuk Surely ... "How can you 'mis-use' quotation 'marks'?" would be better...
  16. Last couple of days my friends timeline has yielded 431 hashtags, 1707 urls, 1271 @ uses, 965 RTs in 4592 tweets by 320 people
  17. @markpower TIAAPOFM! You will quake at the thought of using the untrusty evil internets! (hmm didn't come through the first time)
  18. @actualal Nobody could accuse you of false advertising, that's for sure!
  19. @clairey_ross Hmm no - at least, it shouldn't be. Can you create an issue? If so, can you create one detailing what you can't do? :-)
  20. @intrepidteacher Have you tried googling those google-proof questions? Pretty good answers available...
