  1. 30 Days to Start a NEW habit!!!! So, when you decide to make a change, do it for 30 days exactly and your body will accept the change!
  2. My answers are obvious ...1) Belly, 2) Arms, and 3) Inner thighs! ; )
  3. So, I've been thinking and can't help but wonder ...what are the 3 things you like least about your body and want to change?
  4. Rounding out July with some new intense weight training exercises!!!
  5. Happy 4th of July! Ran 1 mile in 10.5 today!!!! Then 30 minutes of strength training - continued my day with healthy eating choices!!!!
  6. Loving my lil' lime green shuffle - nothing better than a dose of Chili Peppers to make me RLH during Boot Camp!!!
