OmniGraffle

  1. @gokubi Graph + Layout = Graf-L, hence, Graffle. So the story goes.
  2. @mengto Might want to try using ColorSync for your documents, it's a feature of OmniGraffle Professional.
  3. @elkraneo Closest you would be able to get are the shape combinations (union, subtract, intersect) in OmniGraffle Professional.
  4. OmniGraffle 5.2 beta 6 is now available, fixes to shared layer issues and multi-touch sensitivity: http://tinyurl.com/kr5q3t
  5. @OSK77 No coupons at the moment, we've done it in the past, so chances are we may do so again. No idea when, however.
  6. Answering @hbons, probably due to the .graffle being a file package. You can save them as flat files in the Document Inspector.
  7. Answering @knweiss, might want to try a straight line type with a midpoint and a very large corner radius in the Line & Shape Inspector.
  8. In reply to @RobSkaggs, also you can drag between layers in the Layer List view sidebar in OmniGraffle 5.
  9. Answering @uxninja, very nice UX and wireframing templates and stencils at http://konigi.com/tools/ove...
  10. @tabasko Please do send in those crash reports if OmniCrashCatcher is, uh, catching them. They help us out immensely.
  11. @Swizec Turn off automatic layout, it can be found in the Diagram Layout Inspector, some templates have it on by default, others, not. HTH
  12. Answering @kwalser, there are <%Width%> and <%Height%> variables via the Edit Menu -> Insert Variable...
  13. Answering @kevinmhoffman, afraid that the export location can't be changed as such, however we do have an existing feature request for this.
  14. @mad very sorry! Please contact the support ninjas (help menu) - if doc was saved at least once, that shouldn't happen. Want to investigate!
  15. @charliem we're available via email (omnigraffle@omnigroup.com), phone (800.315.OMNI), or here if you can fit it into 140 chars. :-)
  16. @charliem We're open to any suggestions you may have. :-)
  17. @keithb_b Also, this looks like a bug with respect to the bezier handles taken into account on export; it has been filed as such.
  18. @keithb_b Might want to try a straight line with midpoint and a very large corner radius set in the Line & Shape Inspector.
  19. @keithb_b Probably another method to making your arc that doesn't include other objects. Email omnigraffle@omnigroup.com and we can help.
  20. Answering @keithb_b, it is possible to export a region, check the export options, there's a pulldown to choose canvas/selection/region, etc.
