OfficeWorkout

  1. Get up, open your window and breathe in! Decide for yourself if you want to close the window again.
  2. invisible chair: push away your chair, then pretend to sit on air for one minute
  3. go grab a coffee or tea
  4. stand up and stretch towards the ceiling
  5. Get up, put your hands on your desk, stand back and stretch your back.
  6. during your next phone conversation, stand on one leg for the whole time
  7. yawn and massage your TMJ (temporomandibular joint)
  8. blink
  9. 5x drop a pen, then pick it up again
  10. Look for something in the bottom drawer, but don't go on your knees. Rummage for one minute.
  11. Get up. 10 x stand on your toes.
  12. walk 100m
  13. Get up, open your window and breathe in! Decide for yourself if you want to close the window again.
  14. snack (something healthy, walk to get it)
  15. 5x take a folder or book from the top shelf, then put it back
  16. Put your palms together in front of your chest. Press them together for 5 seconds. Relax. Do that 3 times.
  17. talk to somebody in person
  18. Massage your scalp.
  19. water the plants on the whole office floor (unless you have a gardener - don't drown them)
  20. Get up, put your hands on your desk, stand back and stretch your back.
