@ I agree but the Tempo software we use to view the MLS only supports IE, Chrome does not work at all. I wish it did.

Tax credit deadline is 12/1/09 and the home has to be purchased by then, not in escrow.

1 lender says they are 100% certain our listing is FHA approved. 2 lenders say it is not approved. FHA approval is as clear as mud.

Most areas have median prices in the 1 to $200K range. Hawaii is at the top of the chart at $569K, even higher than CA.

Wells Fargo said they can process a Short Sale in 30 days. I will believe it when I see it. I hope it is true with 50% of owners underwater.

Appraisals are coming in lower than the purchase price faster than I can keep track of them. Sometimes just a little, sometimes a lot lower.

Lenders are having more problems closing on time. No more 30 days, 45 minimum now. Appraisal issues are the biggest factor causing delays.
