  1. Weighed 220.5 today. That's good. Bfast = 6 oz. cottage cheese, pineapple, banana, coffee. Still abstinent by the grace of God.
  2. Then tonight. A Blue Moon.
  3. Dinner: chicken breast and salad from red robin.
  4. Bfast was cottage chz & banana. Coffee. Lunch: Subway salad and then cheese and pepperoni and carrots fro a snacl tray. Kept going back.
  5. Since then working @ home.
  6. Exhausted. Nearly 1am here. Worked so hard 2day. No lie: Entered the building @ 645 am. Didn't leave until 6:15pm. I mean didn't leave bldg.
  7. Dinner: chili with beans and meat and cheese & salad
  8. Lunch: pizza with no crust... Just scraped off the toppings. Corn, green beans, salad.
  9. Bfast: OJ, eggs, sausage, cheese, coffee. Portions a little too big...
  10. Dinner out w/my son @ Pizza Hut. He had pizza. I had 10 hot wings & 2 bowls of salad. Not the best choice, but not bad either. Grace to me.
  11. Chicken and corn for lunch.
  12. I'm planning to take my son to Incredible Pizza tomorrow - for the fun activities... BUT it's gonna be tough for me food-wise. Serenity...
  13. I'm heading out of town on a trip tonight. Food serenity, please...
  14. I just want to fit in my clothes again! I've got a closet full of cool shirts...
  15. One minute at a time here.
  16. Breakfast: 4 oz. cottage cheese, one banana, coffee.
  17. Weighed in at 225.1 this morning.
