  6. Congrats to @msdrpepper persistence in having no pizza so far! The "sin" is in the toppings usually but, less is more from a healthy POV!
  7. @cellery sounds like a healthful pizza to have for the weekend! As long as the ingredients are healthy & in small portions, I guess why not?
  8. No more pizza, burgers & fries for the weekend! Try that for a week and see how you go. If you can keep it up, go without for longer periods

  15. Remember to eat when you're hungry but in small portions and stop after a bowl. Good practice for developing self control.
