  1. Reopening Walvis Bay centre on the 22nd of November 2009. The Swaziland and Zimbabwe centres are very busy due to high truck volumes
  2. Visited the Zimbabwe and Swaziland sites with the ALCO team.
  3. Registering the Mwanza Wellness centre in Malawi with the Medical Council
  4. In Namibia, Walvis Bay centre will reopen 1st of October 2009
  5. Is busy setting up the VCT project for Matshapa Industrial, Swaziland. Beitbridge,Zimbabwe has now been operational for almost a month.
  6. Beitbridge - Zimbabwe has opened its doors. Will be fully operational withing the next week.
  7. Busy combining centre statistics and getting all indicators sorted out for the new M&E system soon to be implimented.
  8. Planning the new VCT program for Swaziland
  9. Busy setting up sites for remote M&E installation.
  10. The Beitbridge centre (Zimbabwe) is now on the ground. Setting up Protocols with implimentation partner and meeting all staff members.
  11. Is setting up arrangements for the Malawi centre workshop
  12. Meeting with the Swaziland Business Coalition.Preparing an Memorandum of Understanding and ways to impliment VCT services at the centre
  13. Updating the Google Earth Map Statistics
  14. Testing the new clinic software.
  15. Setting up meetings with stakeholders in Swaziland
  16. Currently analysing the findings of the new location for the Beitbridge wellness centre
  17. Finalizing the Africa Budgets and preparing to setup the Zimabawe Wellness Centres in the next 4 weeks.
  18. Busy with team conference in Mombasa - Kenya
  19. Looking at posibilities to help the SAEPA project
  20. Is working on proposals to get funding for the Walvis Bay Welness Centre.
