  5. 23 minutes on hold for Dell. They interrupt musical hold to say "For faster service, please have your order or customer #." Not helping.

  7. Spending 15 minutes waiting to talk to Dell, which said there might be a 10 min. wait. I'm still on hold.
  8. Getting thru to Dell customer support by phone takes a long time. More than 3 min of info not related to getting me to someone who can help
