  1. @arcware It must be a great console if you're willing to deal with having to buy an entirely new one if it dies out of warranty.
  2. @scottgal There really isn't one -- it depends. Ninject's goal is to be the simplest to use, but doesn't have all the bells and whistles.
  3. @karlseguin I appreciate you sharing what you've found. I'll have to take a look at improving it for special-case scopes.
  4. @karlseguin I can definitely see the value of creating different caching strategies. The current solution is meant to be general-purpose.
  5. @karlseguin What tweaks did you apply?
  6. @karlseguin What we really need to do is re-introduce Release() to provide more granular lifecycle management.
  7. @karlseguin It's less accurate, but it's much more flexible.
  8. @karlseguin Yeah, it lets you leverage the GC to control lifecycles. It lets any object act as scope for services.
  9. @drusellers Actually we were talking about Ninject. :)
  10. @drusellers ?
  11. @karlseguin The leak that was fixed was caused by a transient service referencing a non-transient one.
  12. @karlseguin Just to confirm, you're using the latest build from the Github master right? Not the one on my blog post or in SVN?
  13. @TimBarcz There's no need to DM me. I wouldn't want to keep any information about a bug a secret.
  14. @karlseguin 1.0 or 2.0?
  15. @karlseguin @TimBarcz There was a memory leak in an earlier build of Ninject 2.0, but it's since been fixed.
  16. @TimBarcz @karlseguin What "relatively well known" memory leak are you talking about? It's not well-known enough for me to know. :)
  17. This is so awesome. 15 things worth knowing about coffee in cartoon form: http://theoatmeal.com/comic...
  18. @jongalloway Congrats on the new gig!
  19. You know it's a fool / that plays it cool / by making his world a little colder
  20. @erik_forsberg I'm not sure of your exact requirements, but if you want a simple kanban solution, check out http://agilezen.com/
