Setting BufferMaxRows solved my problem. I Guess SSIS uses only table structure and not actual data when setting default buffer sizes.

Oh, there's 3Gb of binary images in the table? That's why my SSIS package keeps getting OutOfMemory Exceptions. Go Figure...
