  16. Always measure spices. I used waaaay too much chipotle in @EatingWell sweet potato black bean chili. I am seriously sweating!
  17. I’ve had a headache for 2 weeks and just realized I’ve been using all my stevia free samples from FNCE 3x/day for 2 weeks. Coincidence?!
  18. Made a killer salad with ingredients I just happened to have in fridge: greens, apples, walnuts, blue cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette.
  19. Second Sunday in November I'm running in shorts. This is nuts!
  20. Yoga class and a hike today. Whew! Double workout, I'm zonked. Makes up for birthday excess :p
