  2. Finished The Gripping Hand by Niven & Pournelle, sequel to The Mote in God's Eye but not as good. Starting on Steve Alten The Loch.
  3. Finished Clarke/Baxter's Firstborn trilogy, started Niven/Pournelle's The Mote in God's Eye. Fun reading 70s scifi about the year 3017.
  4. Just finished Sunstorm by Clarke & Baxter. Started on Firstborn, pt 3 of the (Firstborn) trilogy. Great imaginative SF stuff.
  5. Reading Arthur C. Clarke & Stephen Baxter's Firstborn trilogy. A wonderful brainy sci-fi/historical romp through spacetime.
  6. Working on cover art and map for my upcoming thriller The Tesla Formula.
  7. Very sad about the passing of Dom DeLuise. His movie Cannonball Run was one of my favorites from childhood. Requiescat in Pace.
  8. Went to LA reading of FOREIGN TONGUE by friend (and first time novelist) Vanina Marsot: a novel of life, love, and translation in Paris.
  9. Reading Time's Eye (Arthur C. Clarke & Stephen Baxter). Gr8 SciFi: what would happen if Earth were divided into different eras all at once?
  10. Finished Steve Berry's Venetian Betrayal - not as good as some of his others. Looking for good scifi book to read.
