Managed 2 enjoy remainder of weekend. Lil BBQ, then walk arnd neighborhood. Brutal weather. Worth sweating thru. Need exercise!

FIL still in hospital. CK level not lowered much, headed 4 rehab 4 bum leg immediately afterwards. Stubbornness to follow. Oh joy!

Plans dashed. FIL fell, weak. En route 2 hospital. His balance issues hve driven my anxiety thru roof. Refuses help.
