  1. @benpobjie Unless you're writing biographies. Then you're probably insane if they aren't real people.
  2. @kofeyh Savings and Loans credit union. And if they bill me for a replacement card they'll experience a nonlinear response.
  3. @alanjlee Yeah, that's ok. It's spending the next week advising companies with auto-payments against that card that gives me the irrits.
  4. Ooooh! NXG just overachieved.
  5. @stilgherrian Between the grape glut and the drought, $3 per litre is the going price for a pretty reasonable Barossa red. Why complain? :)
  6. Even worse, when I called them they said, "You don't need to tell us that anymore, we have all this great modern antifraud technology."
  7. Gah. Phone up bank, say, "I'm going overseas." A month later they say, "Fraud!" and cancel your card due to overseas transactions. Annoying!
  8. @GeordieGuy You're taking Excel guidance from facebook? Pull yourself together, man!
  9. @CameronWatt Of course. It's all so clear to me now.
  10. @mpesce You'll just have to hold it in!
  11. Going out to choose pavers. Quite certain that $partner will disapprove of _any_ decision. Now I know how @TurnbullMalcolm feels. #spill

  14. @Pollytics Lets ask @Tim_Andrews, I'm sure he has all the answers :)
  15. What's the denialists' long-game? They're prepared to give up the next few elections, but for what? What's the plan, Jan? #spill
  16. Parallels over Lib hard liners on climate change and Republican hard liners on health care are eerie. Both driving away winnable moderates.
  17. @Pollytics Rationality "long since bolted." That was deliberate, wasn't it? :)
  18. @HappySinger "If Darwin did not exist, it would have been necessary to create him." :-)

  20. @Pollytics Lets say there was a swing to ALP concentrated on deniers in metro areas, and a swing TO deniers in country. Outcome in Senate?
