  5. @RoxieVelma Sometimes it ends up being farther away in miles, but shorter in terms of shipping time, because of the way mail flows.
  6. @RoxieVelma If we open a new center we always consult with USPS to determine where customers will get their shipments from most quickly.

  10. @typefiend The PS3 can display 720p Netflix content - check to make sure 720p is checked in the PS3 display settings.

  12. @zenxacred CHeck the display settings on the PS3 and make sure 720p is checked - if it's not the PS3 may downscale the video.

  15. @bowieone Sony can help you if you are having trouble with the display settings on the PS3 itself.
  16. @bowieone We've found for most, making sure 720p is selected in the PS3 display settings works, but it may be other PS3 settings or your TV.

  20. @jace1013 But it could be TV settings too, so check for any screen stretching or compression settings.
