  1. @Ipsquiggle I had no idea such a thing existed until just now. I think I was better off not knowing.
  2. @LudwigK Believe me, if I wore the thong every day, the radiance of awesome would burn in a hole in the Earth.
  3. Just realized I put my undewear on backward this morning. I think I'm just going to roll with it.
  4. @10rdBen Hell yeah! Very, very awesome sir. My hat's off.
  5. @fullbright I just find the call "The height of our craft will allow people to spend time together, just like Monopoly" kinda sad, you know?
  6. @fullbright I don't want to belabour this and put words in his/your mouth. It's a important perspective, sure.
  7. @jamese Possibly, yeah. Tabletop RPGs often work well in that regard.
  8. @fullbright Totally, and I'm with that being the appeal of some games. But Danc saying that should be the target for all games? Way weird.
  9. @fullbright But then it's the people part that's meaningful, not the game. Which is true, but it's also true for bridge and croquet.
  10. @fullbright Wait, really? The core of his argument seemed really to be that games are meaningful when they facilitate social interaction.
  11. We share a floor with an aroma therapy business and the hallway smells exactly like mustard. Are condiments a common therapy scent now?
  12. RT @IdleThumbs: Zeno Clash is only $5 on Steam until tomorrow. It's a unique, surreal, fun game, and it's cheap! http://j.mp/8SWMtA
  13. @Gangles You guys are just trying to hang tourtière above everyone's heads, aren't you? (Fairly though, tourtière is soooo good)
  14. @gwarek Spider: The Secret of Bryce Manor is the only iPhone game I'd say everyone should play.
  15. Quoth my friend addressing her husband, "You pushed me into the spikes you little bitch!"
  16. For a game ostensibly about friends & family fun, NSMBW really elicits profanity.
  17. Got Gnome Chompski out safe and sound, as well as all 4 of the survivors. For a batch of random strangers, that was a solid group.
  18. @gwarek Totally! Yet, it's almost completely inaccessible to someone who hasn't played it before because the puzzles are just vicious.
  19. New blog post: It's All Cloak & Dagger http://bit.ly/5QL8vk
  20. Gotta say, Deacon's Corner in Gastown has pretty wicked biscuits & gravy.
