  1. Well Leeds HM was 13+ miles of merry hell. Still recovering, and back to 5K time trials and parkrun tomorrow. Can't wait!
  2. Aching after another 20K run y'day. Just one half-marathon dry-run to go this week, and then on to taper. Must do some hill training too.
  3. Very pleased to have completed my first 20K training run in just over 2 hours this aft. Well on track for my upcoming half marathon. :)
  4. Just signed up for the local Sports Relief 6 Miler. Unscheduled, so hope my legs will survive! my.sportrelief.com/sponsor/neiltr…
  5. Very happy to get a new PB this morning at the Run For Pounds Huddersfield 10K. Hope everyone else had a great run!
  6. Pleased to have got through the Huddersfield 10K unscathed on Sunday. That's one tough race!
  7. Thrilled! Finished my first 10K+ training run today, since getting injured last June. It's been a long, hard road back. Feeling satisfied!
  8. Up to 6K today on my LSR, incl. first @parkrun since last August. Finally feeling on the mend, even tho' I had to hold back this morning.
  9. Next rehab run is 3K. My calf injury normally flares up above 2K, so it's fingers crossed for 3K and onwards to my first 5K of 2012.
  10. My take on the lack of females in the SPOTY shortlist this year, and a list of my own: triathonline.com/blog/where-did…
  11. Happy days! I can start running again today, and I just got my new Saucony Kinvaras, and they're so light they almost floated away.
  12. Legs beginning to feel awesome after 3 physio sessions. Should be able to start running again by end of next week. I cannot wait!
  13. 1st sesh with physio went well. Turned out to be a popliteus strain, and now I'm banned from running while we get it fixed. :(
  14. Just read Danny Abshire's (@sirisaac) book Natural Running. Looks like my injuries stem from propelling too hard! Physio 2moro to get fixed.
  15. Mark Cavendish joining Team Sky next season...it's official. Read more: teamsky.com/article/0,2729…
