  7. Still more conflicting information from the vested interests. Repossession numbers are lower but when interest rates rise banks will be hit!
  8. Despite telling us that property prices are rising banks are still downvaluing homes for remortgage. Are they manipulating the numbers? Mmmm
  9. Today I was able to offer a local couple 120% of market value for their home. Their alternative was sell at 80% to a rival. Big Difference!
