  18. Thurs Challenge, Cut your calories by 200 today AND burn 200 more calories in your workout. Creating that deficit helps with weight loss.

  20. @sparky1fan avoid artificial sweeteners at ALL COSTS!! They are terrible for you!! Try using xylitol or truvia.
