  1. @darintenb Roundabout way of pointing out that other software is less than 100% compatible, I guess?
  2. Bug where google exchange syncing would erase the name reading fields on iPhone address book is finally fixed!
  3. @nathanhamm I had heard that in the past, but I'm surprised that there's been no debate about it this time.
  4. @mollyfindley Doesn't that kind of defeat any purpose of wearing a labcoat? I.e. for hygiene?
  5. @howtojapanese No zooming? Weird and annoying. I guess it would still be good for scans of books similarly sized to the screen anyway.
  6. @pickoffwhite I still want them to do a new Muppet Show.
  7. KIndle to finally support PDF files without conversion, making it far more potentially attractive to me. http://tinyurl.com/ye55qjm
  8. I don't recall the land mine ban ever coming up during the campaign, but I'd like to know Obama's reasoning here. http://tinyurl.com/yesehpp
  9. @Durf Sounds like a good time- let me know if you ever make it to Kansai!
  10. @Mulboyne Mom has to work since kimonos are so expensive?
  11. @gakuranman Nah, did enough of that over the weekend. Now trying to catch up on some reading.
  12. And now he's sitting across the street and shouting at passers-by. I wonder if that will work out for him.
  13. Oh, and I feel remiss in not mentioning that he was wearing Crocs.
  14. @Mulboyne ...while making the same gesture.
  15. Sitting in front of starbucks and nappy-dredded Japanese youth asks me in English if I want to drink, making drinky-drink mime gesture.
  16. @DickMcVengeance Which they've had since early 2007. Even if this doesn't pass now, I'm sure it will in a few years.
  17. @jeansnow Yeah, 40 bits is really nothing. Even the formerly secure 56 bit DEC standard is weak-sauce these days. 128 minimum to be serious.
  18. @jeansnow I've seen one modern 3D movie so far, and the polarized specs fit over my regular glasses pretty well. I forgot they were there.
  19. Disappointing. My reps seem good to go, based on their responses to me, but it's the most liberal part of Jersey. http://tinyurl.com/yc3ery2
  20. @jeansnow There's software out there than can crack a WEP 40 password in a few minutes on a typical PC.
