  16. Good morning! 'tis a little chilly this morning in sunny/rainy/cloudy suffolk.. holding a big mug of tea to warm up.

  18. Rape seed is rich in monounsaturated & polyunsaturated fatty acids, including Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9, but low in saturated fat =great!
