Just off to top up the bees sugar syrup as too cold for them to fly. Think i can guarantee that honey will be in short supply this year :(

Sunny day - saw more waggledances in one day than ever before - bees racing to restock. Pigs sunbathed, dogs wateched the world & I weeded.

Gave pigs & piglets breakfast in bed this morning! Raced out in head to toe plastic - baking sticky cake for tea instead. For us, not pigs!

Cold wet weather after warm weather in March means bees cant get out to find food for their babies, so i have had to feed them sugar syrup!

Moving & separating animals on your own is a good workout - lots of running around & chucking food to distract/tempt them. Gr8 success tho!
