  1. @andymediablocks I usually just email or phone and try various angles, no hard/fast rules.
  2. If you search for something like "No longer accepting orders" you can find old sites/domains; possibly for sale with traffic.
  3. @andymediablocks usually it's "hotels in" - I'm creating a physical guide offline to run alongside the website.
  4. It seems VisitScotland like having a monopoly in promoting accommodation in Scotland.
  5. modern warfare 2 arrived, that's sorted this evening's viewing.
  6. @Clayton_L haven't seen it myself but googling it, your right, the boy did good!
  7. I totally can believe it's been 3 years since I first saw this http://bit.ly/EXdQ8
  8. Damn, crap time to remember the power is being switched off at 9am for essential maintenance :(
  9. @gregfindley Found someone to do a cover design ta, so now working on the layout & content which I planned to do myself.
  10. @nigelbhall no never seen it, nice link - thanks for that Nigel looks a handy article.
  11. A day spent learning new things, slightly less of an amateur than I was this morning.
  12. I really now very little about designing & printing a brochure, time to learn..fast.
  13. @simonbarker Nice one Simon, hope you enjoy your new found freedom.
  14. @LaughingBanana Hopefully more competition will follow and we'll get better deals, wouldn't take much to improve on what's out there
  15. @DanJHarrison At times in the past it has helped to go in and discuss face2face stuff they wouldn't normally understand & get advice.
  16. @ClarkeDuncan When I phoned this morning I was told 'they no longer have a business manager at the branch' would be nice to have been told
  17. Need to open new business account but no longer a business manager at my local Lloyds branch, pain.
  18. @DanJHarrison Not much to say apart from it's paid itself back, I mentioned buying it before so not really post worthy.
  19. Website bought in May for x24 months income has paid itself back as of today, well ahead of schedule, if only I could find more like that.
  20. @danbarker Looks like Hamley's finally woke up and renewed, but only for a year, you'd think a 10 year renewal should have been on the cards
