  1. 5k greenway race this weekend ... jogged an easy 30 minutes this morning ... sure I'll be good to go for the 5k
  2. hoping to get in my daily bike ride despite raining all day long ... sunny outside, but it is still raining
  3. took a break from lunging yesterday, resumed today and added free standing squats to the front and back lunges after walking...build up slow
  4. added reverse lunges to my morning workout today, in addition to front lunges from yesterday ... which I am sore from ... walk and lunge :)
  5. short workout is better than none at all ... ran new running course that ended up only being 20 minutes ... alternate plans to lengthen done
  6. Got inspired to share my "Apple and Eggs" diet program ... an easy way to lose weight in a healty manner ... will post on ezine articles
  7. KABOOOOM! Jack LaLanne Juicer ROCKS! Apple, carrot, ginger, green & red cabbage, broccoli stems. Big time ENERGIZING! Thats a drink!
  8. 3 days in a row of outside trail running ... get off your treadmill and take it outside to feel the difference that REAL running can make
  9. Getting back into cross country style trail running at local park ... changing weight workout routine to a push-pull style ... with pull ups
  10. remember to keep up with a brief stretching routine ... especially lower back and leg stretches if you strart exercising more for summer
  11. outside exercise - as in yardwork - rake, cut, saw, bend over, shovel, push, pull, flip and re-organize the great outdoors, thats a workout!
  12. testing back2life ... a 'passive movement' back pain\tension relieving machine ... it is an iteresting idea, I will say that atleast for now

  15. just finished fitness walk in drizzling rain before lunch - sometimes you just have to do it ... science of being well says EARN your meal
  16. longer days thanks to daylight savings time lends more time to exercise outside ... and less excuses to not exercise ... get moving!
  17. posted a link on the fat into the fire blog for **freeeee** access to my total body dumbbell workout routine ... 10 minute total body toner!
  18. Into the 3rd week of a southwest Florida visit...warm weather brings on the outdoor activity...biking, fitness walking, swimming - great!
  19. 3rd night in a row eating plain grilled salmon and steamed veggie medley from applebee's. Skip the rice, double the veggies. ugh.
  20. Another 5 minute session on the inverter - going at 60 degrees...feels like 90. Talk about a back stretch!
