  1. If you would like to participate in interviews and live near Camp Pendleton, Quantico or Lejeune please contact Customer Care.
  2. With the holidays coming we get requests from the Media for MotoMail Family and friends to share their experiences with MotoMail.
  3. With the exception of a couple of the ships MotoMail printing is mostly caught up. we are still trying to get the ships sorted out.
  4. Motomail for Al Taqaddum and Al Asad Iraq are being printed and sent for delivery.
  5. Oooohrah! That means that RPO409389 is printing!!

  7. We have confirmed that the Bahrain site is set up and operational and ready to print.
  8. We have just received news that MotoMail to Iraq should resume soon. Downloading and Printing will be in Bahrain.
  9. OK- Motomail is up and running on the new servers-so far so good-let Customer Care know if you see any issues.
  10. @sommerfeldt1 I know for a fact that at least 1 ship left without any printing forms! Frustrating to say the least.
  11. @sommerfeldt1 My understanding is that several ships left port with equipment on board but no trained personnel in some cases.
  12. @sommerfeldt1 Send another query to Customer Care-my guess is that their e-mail reply was lost in cyber space.
  13. OK- we should be turning on the new database servers today! You might see a hiccup!
  14. The rest of the system will be in place and activated early next week which should provide improved stability and performance.
  15. Two of the front end servers are up and running-they are 6 Core AMD 2,2gHz processors with 148 gHz 15000 RPM drives and up to 16 gHz of DRAM
  16. OK, The Customer Care Board System is back up and working way ahead of schedule.
  17. THE US Army HooahMail site is up and people are registering but mail cannot be sent until Tuesday December 1st. www.hooahmail.us
  18. The Chat Board and Bulletin Boards are all working and we can see your Customer Care Queries- we just can't reply.
