  1. In particular, photos of @leviathant and I hiking to the top of Half Dome are up at ping.fm/SKJh9
  2. @mlaffs Heya! Sorry, wifi spotty on roadtrop. Only the old footage youtube.com/watch?v=L3-IIn… (Haven't got stuff from @ChanticleerSF yet)
  3. Photos up, more blogs coming roadtrop.travellerspoint.com/46/
  4. New blog entry: Utah, Arizona roadtrop.travellerspoint.com/45/ In which large animals nearly total the car.
  5. @johnbron @leviathant I don't think I would have been able to do it without our pussy climbing harnesses. Pics & blog soon! We're so behind.
  6. But, you know, obviously it was amazing. That is the longest and most intense hike I've ever done.
  7. We hiked Half Dome. That is to say, we hiked 8 miles uphill, climbed a near vertical granite rock, then hiked all the way back. OW.
  8. @kleptonin YES I AM *shoots tornadoes at you* OW MY ARTHRITIS
  9. First time camping during snowfall for both of us. I stink of campfire. Everyone at this In-N-Out must think I'm a cigar smoker.
  10. In the last 24 hours, we have gone from 116F in Death Valley to 18F in Sequoia (and snowing). That's 47C to -7C. Now at 68/19 in Fresno.
  11. Yay silver hair!! flickr.com/photos/mormoly…
  12. Death Valley kills everything! Even the internet. Satellite is like dial up. Very hot. Australians everywhere, oddly enough. #roadtrop
  13. @DanielBarkley I would be curious to try Sibelius on an iPad if they ever port it, but my expectations are very low.
  14. @DanielBarkley If you have to drag around a separate keyboard, might as well get a netbook. At least it would have a goddamn USB input.
  15. @kylecassidy I wouldn't mind one of those, but of course the first thing I'd do to it is install Windows.
  16. @DanielBarkley Anything that requires typing, visual editing, recording, or external media like SD cards or hard drives. I.e. Everything.
  17. Matt and I take turns waiting patiently to use my Toshiba Portege every time we find WiFi.
  18. In fact, I'm gonna say that any computer with this interface is essentially useless to me. If it were mine, I'd sell in a heartbeat.
