  7. With a faster stride rate, your form is guaranteed to improve. You'll be much lighter on your feet. That may eliminate knee issues.
  8. A week ago I suggested you count your stride rate. Try to get it up to at least 180 per minute at all speeds, including warm-up.
  9. Ever assessed your stride rate (leg turnover)? Try this: Count foot strikes for 1 minute during warm-up, conversational pace and 5k pace.
