Mixologist

  1. THANKSGIVING COCKTAIL: Shake .5oz lemon juice, 1oz apricot brandy, 1oz dry vermouth & 1oz gin w/ ice. Strain into a rocks glass & serve.
  2. DEVONIA COCKTAIL: Shake 1.5oz gin, 3oz apple cider & 4 dashes orange bitters w/ ice in shaker. Strain into cocktail glass & serve.
  3. SCREAM SODA (thanx @thebar): Combine 1.25oz spiced rum w/ 5oz lemon-lime soda in a higball glass w/ ice. Garnish w/ a slice lemon & lime.
  4. ESPRESSO MARTINI (in memory of Patricia Ebertz): Shake 1oz espresso, 1.5oz vodka, 1.5oz Kahlua & 1oz crème de cacao w/ ice. Strain & serve.
  5. ALMOND JOY MARTINI: Shake 1oz coconut rum, Frangelico, cocoa liqueur, cocoa syrup, vodka, & cream w/ ice. Strain; grnsh w/ shaved coconut.
  6. PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI: Shake 1oz vanilla vodka, 1oz crème de cacao, 1oz heavy cream & 1t pumpkin pie spice w/ ice. Strain into cocktail glass.
  7. NORTHWOOD #2 (via Bon Appetit): Shake 1T gold rum, brandy, apple cider & .5t maple syrup & lemon juice w/ ice. Strain, grnsh w/ apple slice.
  8. HOT APPLE PIE: Pour 2oz Tuaca in an Irish coffee glass. Fill w/ hot apple cider & top w/ whipped cream. Garnish w/ cinnamon stick.
  9. GOLDEN DAQUIRI: Muddle 6 raspberries w/ 1T brown sugar in a rocks glass. Shake 2oz gold rum & 1T lime juice w/ ice. Pour into glass & serve.
  10. BIRTHDAY CAKE MARTINI: Shake 1oz half&half, 1.5oz vanilla vodka, .5oz amaretto & lemon zest w/ ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
  11. PALL MALL COCKTAIL: Mix 1.5oz gin, 2t each sweet red & dry vermouth w/ ice in a mixing glass. Strain into cocktail glass & grnsh w/ cherry.
  12. GOLDEN RASPBERRY: Shake .5oz vodka, raspberry juice & grenadine w/ 1oz tequila & Jagermeister w/ ice. Strain into cocktail glass & serve.
  13. AFTERNOON DELIGHT: Blend 1oz each drk rum, OJ, Coconut Cream w/ .5oz Creme de Cassis, heavy cream & 6 Strawberries in blender w/ ice. Serve.
  14. LIMON BLUSH – Shake 1oz limoncello, 3oz lemonade, & .5oz cran juice w/ ice. Strain into highball glass filled w/ ice & top up w/ club soda.
  15. LUMBERJACK: Pour 6oz hot coffee into a mug. Stir in 1.5oz dark rum and 1t maple syrup. Serve immediately.
  16. HARVEY WALLBANGER: Pour 1oz vodka in a highball glass filled w/ ice. Top up w/ OJ, stir & pour 2t Galliano. Perch 1/2 slice orange on rim.
  17. GIN FIZZ: Shake 3oz gin, 1T superfine sugar, 2T lemon juice & 1T lime juice w/ ice. Strain into a highball glass & top up w/ club soda.
  18. FIRECRACKER: Stir 3oz rum w/ 1oz each: triple sec, lime juice & simple syrup + 4 chunks watermelon, .5t cayenne pepper. Grnsh w/ lime wheel.
  19. MOONWALK: Shake 1oz grapefruit juice, 1oz Grand Marnier & 1 dash rose water w/ ice. Strain into champagne flute & top w/ chilled champagne.
  20. THE PARADISO: Shake 1.5oz orange vodka, .5oz limoncello, .5oz Campari & 1oz OJ w/ ice. Strain in2 chilled glass, grnsh w/ dried cranberries.
