  1. @Densuo What's an ass-sword? #snark
  2. Thanks to everyone who replied to my question this morning, btw. You guys rock! #dnd
  3. so I'm looking for ideas on how to tempt the party with evil... ideas? #dnd #pathfinder
  4. @DryBry That's one thing my campaign has been lacking... traps. MUHAHAHA! #dnd #evilDM
  5. @DryBry Can you provide an example?
  6. @ham2anv He's not trying to take the wind out of everyone's sails...
  7. @DryBry Word-caster sorcerer in #pathfinder.
  8. @gamewriterMike LOL doesn't matter if they do... :P
  9. @TheIdDM I hadn't thought of doing that... but I like it.
  10. @gamewriterMike Ooh... I like that. Let him think he's doing his thing and then trap him while the other players are attacked.
  11. @coffeeswiller #pathfinder Sorcerer word-caster... lots of AOE damage over large areas... and snaky walls of flame burst
  12. @TheIdDM You mean if a single hit would wipe them out, you let some of them live for the other players to take out?
  13. so I have a min/maxing PC in our group who often wastes a good % of the enemy before anyone else has a chance to do anything. Advice? #dnd
  14. Why playing a fighter can be fun in #dndnext (and in non-4e versions, frankly) community.wizards.com/go/thread/view…
  15. @the_ravener You mean in terms of 'powers'?
  16. @the_ravener I found the crunch to get overwhelming in the Paragon tier (at least as a DM) in #4e. Main reason I switched to #Pathfinder
  17. @JCFoxpox I'm highly optimistic about it but I know it's got a long ways to go. The throwback to 0e/2e are very encouraging to me #dndnext
  18. @pdunwin But, again, why is it so wrong to ask them WHY that is their preference? Simply stating their preference doesn't help anyone.
  19. @Canageek Damn... thought I had something there. :P
  20. @pdunwin I don't think it's too much to ask someone to use proper logic in an argument... granted lots of folks won't, and that's just sad.
