  7. Learned yesterday that most students get 5 useful pieces of feedback their entire schooling career! Wow! Personal quest to push that # up!
  8. Leisurely catch-up lunch in the city. Customer-service depends much more on the sizzle when neither party cares that their steak be on time.
  9. Really servicing clients/customers probably means relaying what they NEED to (rather than WANT to) hear. Motherhood? yes. Done? not enough.
  10. Billboard at Eglington/Bayview for chat interface to buy Belair insurance. Worst of both worlds. Automate fully or keep "human" contact.
  11. 6:30 AM at Starbucks: Thumbs up for asking for favourite question: "Do you need room for milk?" That should be policy for all coffee orders!
