  1. Inspectors are headed home to give thanks for amazing food we don’t have to write about for once. Happy eating to all on Thanksgiving!

  4. turkey brine will be full of citrus peel, onion, fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme - keeps the bird tender and infuses it with flavor
  5. love making cranberry sauce - it's so easy and the blistering cranberries boiling in spiced syrup gives the whole house such a great aroma
  6. got two of the famous apple pies from Julian Pie Company in Santa Ysabel…will be de-frosting and baking them off for Turkey Day
  7. Kept hearing about a possible pumpkin shortage on the evening news; so I just ran to the market. We WILL be having pumpkin pies this year!!

  16. Witnessed a lunch job interview. Interviewee dictates dislikes for an hour while barely eating. Boss finishes 1st, pays & leaves. FAIL !
