  14. @SeanMarler Yeah, I still half wake up around 3-4 hr mark but it's getting easier each day 2 go right back to sleep. My body is thanking me
  15. @SeanMarler Recovery time will depend on how long u've done minimal sleep. Helps 2 do daily vitamin & lots of water 2. Cells need it 2 heal
  16. @SeanMarler When I was only getting 3 hrs sleep a nite past 2.5 yrs-also had most injuries ever in my life. See definite connection there
  17. @SeanMarler Dont think u ever really catch up but after about 4 days I really felt a difference.
  18. @SeanMarler Think your body gets run down & can't repair daily damage done to it. Minimum of 4 hrs sleep needed just 4 daily maintenance
  19. @SeanMarler Think that's probably accurate. Just recently started getting 6 hrs after 2.5 yrs of 3 hrs sleep a nite. Feeling great again.
