  6. @zachearl Goal is also 3:20. I tend to run a little slower than I'm supposed to when I'm training. :-] Furman = fewer but faster miles.

  8. @zachearl I go a little faster when I'm in shape. Week 5 of RW Furman plan for NY. For my goal time, shud do 5 mile tempo at 6:50 to 7/mi
