tip: Heat can affect U 2 ways, dehydration and heat stroke. All hype is about dehydration, more serious is heat stroke. Careful!

tip: Run the tangents during your race. Take inside route around corners. Don’t swing wide and run needless distance.

tip: Most streets are inclined to drain water. Can cause foot issues if you always run on one side of street.

tip: Dogs can't handle heat like humans. Careful running with dog in hot weather! Yes, Lady can have a heat stroke!

Tip: One goal of a good plan must be injury prevention. Injury rates very high for those going too far, too fast, too soon.
